2023-24 MYHA Player & Coach Registration
Registration Deadlines:
- Player Registration for 10U, 12U, and 15U closed on 8/15/2023.
- Player registration for Squirt, PeeWee and Bantam Levels closed on 9/15/2023. Our standard registration fee applies for registrations that come in between 7/1/23- 7/31/23. A $100 late fee will be assessed to any Squirt, PeeWee, or Bantam registration that comes in between 8/1/23 - 9/15/23.
- Player Registration for Intro to Hockey, 6U, 8U, and Mites closed on 10/1/2023.
- Junior Gold Registration is closed.

Jersey Information
10U, 12U, and 15U Players:
Game jersey ordering for 10U, 12U, and 15U Marauders players will be completed outside of this registration form. We will be sending out more jersey fitting and ordering information for these levels soon!
If your player does need a game jersey, please make note of these Jersey Fitting Opportunities:
- July 19, 2023 from 5 - 8pm at the Mahtomedi DEC Warming House
- August 2, 2023 from 4 - 7pm at the Roseville Oval
Squirt, PeeWee, and Bantam Players - MYHA Has a New Jersey Design this Season!
All Squirt, PeeWee, and Bantam players must order a new jersey through Lettermen Sports.
The initial ordering window for the association closed on August 10, 2023. At this time, the next ordering window will close on August 27, 2023. The jerseys that are now being ordered after the initial order will not be a guaranteed delivery by the beginning of the season.
The final order window will close on September 15, 2023.
Please note that any incoming first year squirts or new players to the association will also need to include a set of practice jerseys in their order.

Intro, 6U, 8U, and Mite Players:
Mite, 8U, 6U, and Intro to Hockey jerseys were ordered directly from the supplier this year. The deadline to order a personalized jersey was September 6th.
Important: Our jerseys cannot be produced last minute. If your player wants a personalized jersey, it must be ordered by September 6th. Players who order after September 6th will need to order their jersey through MYHA and will not receive a jersey that has been personalized with their name. The non-personalized jerseys can be purchased in the registration system when you register your player. If you have already registered your player and need a non-personalized jersey after the fact, please contact Stephanie Hellquist at the email below.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for specific numbers at the Intro, Mite, U6, and U8 levels.

Does Your Player Live Outside of the Mahtomedi School District?
All players who live outside of the Mahtomedi School District need to follow the MN Hockey link below to obtain a waiver from their home association before they can participate with MYHA.
- Once you have filled out the form, you need to send it to the president of your home association to approve the release of your player.
- Once you receive the signed form back, then you must email a copy of the form to myharegistrar@gmail.com. The registrar will submit it to MYHA's president for approval, and if approved, file it with MN Hockey.
- The waiver process must be completed before the season begins.
- MN Hockey rules dictate that a player in their first year of a school attendance waiver may not play on the highest division team within their level. After the first year, the player is eligible to compete at any division within their level.
- A school attendance waiver only needs to be done one time as long as the player continues to attend school in Mahtomedi.
- A One-Year Discretionary Waiver is required if a player neither lives within or attends school within the Mahtomedi School District. This type of waiver can be denied by a home association, receiving association, or the District Directors. Any of those people can also write conditions, such as a level restriction, on the waiver. This type of waiver needs to be re-done every year that a player wishes to participate with MYHA.
