Apparel Manager Responsibilites

Level Apparel Managers are responsible for picking up apparel from Lettermen's for all 5 ordering windows. Once you pick up the apparel from Lettermen's you will bring it to your home and sort it by teams. Every order will be pre-bagged and tagged separately which will make it easier to sort. You will then email the Team Managers for your levels, they will be responsible for picking up the apparel from your home and will then pass it out at their next teams practice or games.

The teams will not be picked yet by the first ordering window pickup the week of October 2nd. The Bantams, Peewees, Squirts, U12 and U10 teams will still have tryout ice, so you would take it to the tryouts to pass out depending on when the apparel is ready that week. You will most likely have to have the parents pick their apparel up at your home for that 1st ordering window. I will confirm details as we get closer to the pick up day.

Delivery weeks are as follows: YOU MUST make sure you are available that week to pick up at Lettermens. Please add these dates to your calendars.

1st Window Delivery: Week of October 2nd
2nd Window Delivery: Week of October 30th
3rd Window Delivery: Week of November 13th
4th Window Delivery:  Week of December 18th
5th Window Delivery:  Week of January 22nd
