MYHA 2017-18 Travel Team and Individual Picture Information

MYHA Pictures will be held on Saturday, October 28th, 2017 for the following teams: Squirts, U10A/B, U12B, Peewee & Bantams.

Pictures will be taken at the DEC WARMING HOUSE from 9am-2pm, team's schedules will be posted on their calendars the week of 10/16/17. Please arrive in full gear with NAVY GAME JERSEYS on 10 minutes before your team's scheduled time. There will be no private dressing areas, and limited area within the warming house to dress.   Helmets are not needed, bring skates and DON'T FORGET YOUR STICK! 

Pictures may be ordered ONLINE using the link at the top of this page before picture day or up to 48 hours after, or in-person using order forms provided via cash, check or credit card.  ***Panoramics must be ordered the day of pictures.

 

MYHA 2017-18 Team and Individual Picture Information

MYHA Pictures will be held on Sunday, December 3rd, 2017  for the following teams: U15A, Jr Gold, Mites, U8 & U6  

Pictures will be taken at the DEC WARMING HOUSE from 8am-3pm, team's schedules will get posted on their calendars. Please arrive in full gear with NAVY GAME JERSEYS on 10 minutes before your team's scheduled time. There will be no private dressing areas, and limited area within the warming house to dress.   Helmets are not needed, bring skates and DON'T FORGET YOUR STICK! 

Pictures may be ordered ONLINE using the link at the top of this page before picture day or up to 48 hours after, or in-person using order forms provided via cash, check or credit card.  ***Panoramics must be ordered the day of pictures.

 

What Can I Expect On Picture Day?

  • The entire team should arrive at the DEC warming house 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time
  • No private dressing areas will be available, please come fully dressed in NAVY GAME JERSEY.  No helmet needed, and bring skates.  Don't forget to bring your stickNO BAGS IN THE WARMING HOUSE!! 
  • 1 coach/manager should approach the photography table and receive instructions prior to their scheduled time.  You will receive a badge for each player with their name on it.  Please distribute these to all players.  Leave badges for any players not there at the photography table. 
  • If ordering the day of, the ​h​ockey player needs to have their order form in their hand. 
  • If you have any players wishing to do 'buddy pictures' please let the Lifetouch staff know while checking in.  They will create an additional badge for this and explain ordering options. 
  • Once these tasks are complete, each player with badge and order form in hand may approach one of the individual photographers (two stations are set up)
  • If your team is also having the panoramic done then the team will put on skates and move to the panoramic camera station.
  • Forgot to send money with your player to order?  No worries!  Order individual and team photos online via the link above within 48 hours and still receive the photos within 2 weeks!  Panoramics must be paid for ON PICTURE DAY.
  • After the 48 hour grace period if you realized you missed the boat on all ordering options, you will still receive a proof of what was taken when the rest of the team receives their photos in 2 weeks.  There will be information included with the proof on how to order team or individual pictures.
