We now have a coaching evaluation survey set up for MYHA to allow you to provide feedback to the association regarding your MYHA experience last year.
The survey is team specific so please go through this process for each participant team that you had a child participating on.
The cut off date for submission of these evaluation surveys is June 12, 2009.

The Mahtomedi Youth Hockey Association provides organized hockey opportunities for players who reside in School District #832.
Applications for A level coaching positions need to be submitted to Brian Hamernick by June 17, 2009.
Go to the Coaches Corner page to find the coaching application.
